CRAFTOP CONSUMERSDEALERSDISTRIBUTORS.

10. AUTHORIZED TECHNICAL SERVICE

Before making a warranty claim, the Distributor and/or Dealer must have consulted with CRAFTOP’s authorized technical service. Once damage has been diagnosed as a possible warranty, the Distributor or Dealer must fill out the warranty claim request to the following e-mail address: info@craftop.com, according to the attached format. The CRAFTOP Warranty Area will be reviewing your request within a maximum period of 5 working days, and in its response will inform whether the claim is in accordance or is rejected. For advice during the diagnosis or repair under warranty, the distributor / workshop can contact the CRAFTOP workshop via email: info@craftop.com.

The warranty implies that the defective parts both in material and workmanship will be replaced by CRAFTOP, including the labor necessary to carry out the repair for which the parties may define a percentage of purchases intended to cover the cost of parts or parts replaced by the consumer, for which they will leave so defined in the negotiation agreement. In the event of not accepting the percentage proposed by CRAFTOP, the Consumer must follow the process described below with the parts to be replaced: The defective parts must be kept and labeled with the model and serial number of the machine from which they come. CRAFTOP’s warranty department can request the shipment of the replaced parts for a maximum of 90 days from the date of the warranty request. It is essential that the delivery of parts under warranty is always to the attention of the CRAFTOP Technical Department.

The CRAFTOP authorized service technician, when the administration is directly exercised by the brand, and/or the Consumer have the obligation, when duly defined by the CRAFTOP Warranty Department, to label and send to CRAFTOP the parts replaced under warranty as indicated in the warranty procedure.

In cases where the warranty claim is made for explosion engines and transmissions, mounted on CRAFTOP products but manufactured by other brands, they can be handled through CRAFTOP’s warranty department. Since the handling of these warranties depends on third parties, it is possible that the response to the warranty request may take a little longer.

CRAFTOP will not incur any freight charges for warranty parts shipments, unless otherwise agreed with the Distributor under the contract.

CRAFTOP will not deliver new equipment for warranty claims, except in particular situations, where, after advancing the claim process.

CRAFTOP determines the appropriateness of the replacement of the equipment.

For the purposes of processing warranty claims with CRAFTOP, the Consumer must always require the end user to fill out the warranty certificate and provide it along with the claim as proof of the sale, when it comes to support a warranty of equipment sold.
